Serves 4

  • Fry one diced onion and one clove garlic
  • Add 500g diced thigh fillets; stir occasionally until chicken is almost cooked
  • Add one diced carrot and one diced zucchini, stir for 2-3 minutes
  • Add 1 tbs. lemon juice and 3 tsp. Screaming Sees Taco Seasoning.
  • Serve on gluten-free tortillas with your favorite salad and garnish with coriander
