MODINA'S RAINBOW CHARD AND MUSHROOM PASTA

Serves 4

  • Fry  1 x onion and 1 x crushed garlic clove
  • Add a bunch of chopped chard
  • Add a punnet/handfull of chopped mushroom
  • Stir into cooked pasta
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
