ROASTED PARMESAN BROCCOLI

Broccoli season has arrived and you can expect to see it regularly in your Farm Box over the winter months. We recently discovered roasted broccoli. Something a little different and awesome! Give it a go.

x head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1
 x small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 
2 x 
tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2
 cup grated Parmesan
  • salt and black pepper

 Heat oven to 220 degrees.

 On a baking tray lined with baking sheet, toss the broccoli and onion with the oil and Parmesan and season with ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.

 Roast, tossing once, until tender for 20 to 25 minutes.
