  • 700g chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon for marinade and juice of another lemon to squeeze on after cooking
  • 1 x tbsp. Love My Earth Organic Tandoori Masala Mix

Use a sharp knife to score the chicken thighs for even cooking and to allow the marinade to penetrate deeper. Using a sharp knife, make shallow parallel cuts in one direction, about 1/2-inch apart.

 In a bowl, mix together yogurt, the Tandoori Masala Mix, and lemon juice. Add scored chicken and marinade for at least 20 mins. (longer is better).

 Get your BBQ grill nice and hot and cook chicken thighs, getting some char and turning regularly. It will take approx. 20-25 mins for all the chicken to cook through.

 Squeeze more lemon on the chicken and serve with steamed rice, a salad of tomato, coriander and cucumber and more yoghurt.
