- Red cabbage, central stalk discarded and shredded finely
- 25g unsalted butter
- 2 tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized pot and braise for ten minutes or until cabbage is tender but still has a bite to it.
Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
